You’ll receive an above market rate salary that befits your talent and experience but you’ll also receive monthly vesting shares in Planely. You’re not allowed to work here if you don’t have a personal stake. It’s your company too and it’s our first rule.
Our second rule is you have to be better than the people that already work here. We hire up, not down.
You have to love and embrace transparency. It’s our third rule. Our salary and equity plans are shared openly within the company. You won’t need to continually negotiate and renegotiate as it will be based on your position level alone. Everyone knows where you’re at and where you’re going.
Our fourth rule is that we’re OK with you not committing to being with us forever. If you outgrow us or fancy starting something on your own then that’s cool. We’ll even help you do it.
If you don’t already live in Copenhagen then don’t worry, we can help you move to the happiest place in the world!
We’re Lean startup enthusiasts meaning:
- You don’t code a thing until a feature goes through a strict Customer Development process
- We practice continuous deployment
- Our product is and will always be as stripped back as possible. If a feature isn’t working then it’s out
You’ll also have full input into the progress and development of your role and be fully supported with the necessary training.
